WHY?!

 

Please explain this to me.

Just because something is hard to do doesn’t mean that doing it will make you better.  Sometimes it just makes you look like an idiot.  Feel free to comment and point out what I am missing here.  I am always interested in learning.

    I can see the idea behind this… presumably to work the stabilizing muscles and hit them in ways that traditional squats wouldn’t, but this appears to have a high probability for total failure on the part of the participant. Haha.
