If you are interested in the Bench For Reps program, you might want to know a little bit more about the man behind it, Chandler Marchman. I can still remember seeing the first pics, of Chandler’s Elite Strength and Conditioning Gym in Tampa as he was putting it together. As soon as I saw the pics I knew that Chandler (aka Mandler) was my kind of guy. His gym is NOT a family fitness center. Elite Strength and Conditioning is just what the name implies. It is all about getting results, and pushing yourself beyond your limits.

Then when he released his Swole System, I had to check it out. Again the program was much like the gym, no BS., no hype; just results if you are willing to push yourself hard enough. I always find it amusing when programs promise results. There really is no way to promise someone will get results because you don’t know how hard someone will push themselves. The Swole System, pretty much covered everything you would need for a 12 week transformation. After reading through it, you can tell that Chandler knows his stuff.
That is precisely why I am looking forward to his new program. As much as I hate to admit it, I like to bench press. I mean I am not completely obsessed over it like some people. However, I enjoy strength, so I am always looking to set new records. And the new bench for reps program seems like something right up my alley.
