Early Weigh–Ins (@ meet site): Friday December 5, 2025: 9:00am – 11:30am and 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Late Weigh-Ins (advanced approval necessary): Meet Day from 7:00-8:00am (@ meet site)
Meet Day Schedule:  8:00 am – Rules Meeting and 9:00 am (approx.) – Competition Begins
Membership: Open to all lifting competitors. Lifters must have a current Annual or Lifetime membership.
Standard Full Power Entry Fee:  $120
Bench, Deadlift & Push-Pull Only Entry Fee:  $105
All M/P/F, Teens and Special Olympians Full Power Entry Fee:  $105
Strict Curl Fee:  $50 per additional

Crossover Fee:  $50

Team Fee:  $80

Kids Club (Deadlift only):  $25

Deadline/Late Entries: All Entries MUST be received by November 18, 2025 or be charged a Late Entry Fee of $25. LIMITED TO 48 LIFTERS! REGISTER EARLY!!
Uniform: Mandatory – Must have one piece lifting suit or wrestling singlet, except for Standing Curl. 365 SWPF rules apply @ 365strong.org.
Awesome Awards: 1-3rd place for all Division Weight Classes and Male & Female Best Lifters.
