One of the best things about the snatch grip deadlift is how hard it hits the posterior chain. As you know, strong glutes will help your sprint faster. If your glutes are lagging you can use them to really build your lockout. Some people have issues with the grip, so it is ok to wear straps until you get adjusted to it.
