If you are looking to sprint faster and build explosive power then this workout from Strength Camp is worth giving a try.  If you check out the video you will see they start off off with some medicine ball throws. After that they did some standing broad jumps. From there they  worked on Sprint starts and then resisted sprinting with bands. These really teach you to explode off the block and drive through the entire distance. This workout was capped off with the trap bar jump shrugs.
